  1. We strive to provide prompt and reliable shipping services to our customers. Orders will be processed and shipped within the specified time frame mentioned on our website or communicated to you during the order placement.

  2. The estimated delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues may cause delays. We will provide you with tracking information whenever available, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

  3. If you choose to send items that will take longer than one day to be delivered, we will not be liable for any damages that may occur during transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to assess the risks involved and make an informed decision about the shipping method.

At the bottom of the photo on the animal’s page, there will be an indication if this is the case or not.

Local shipping over $30 will be free. For shipments outside that zone the system calculates the space needed, it assigns a box, and then gets a live quote from Fedex or Canada Post. Animals, Feeders and Supplies all need separate boxes, and you may be better off to order dry goods separate from feeders/animals and choose the most economical methods.

Our local delivery is from Monday to Fridays. For anything outside this area, shipping will usually happen on Tuesday.

We do not have a store front, but we are attending every Reptile Expo & Canadian Pet Expo and would like to meet you in person.

You will receive an e-mail on the morning of the delivery.

At this point in time, we only offer deliver for our products.

There is a note section during the check out process where special request can be made. If we can not for fill those request we will reach out to you prior to sending the order.
