 House Snakes would do best in a 36x24x18 (or bigger) enclosure with a terrestrial set up! They will readily climb branches however. Being a nocturnal species, House Snakes  do not require UVB, however will occasionally utilize low percentage UVB if offered to them. We also encourage moderate foliage to be in the enclosure as they come from open wooded areas in nature.
